May Update

May is under way, spring is in the air and it’s time for another update from Loto Labs and Loto Labs!

FDA to Regulate E-Cigs

We’ve received inquiries recently from supporters asking about the recent FDA ruling on e-cig/vapor products. Last week, the agency publicized the framework it will use to regulate previously “undeemed” tobacco products in the U.S. – a vast group of products that includes e-cigs/vapor products and cigars.

“That means nearly every e-cigarette on the market — and every different flavor and nicotine level — would require a separate application for federal approval. Each application could cost $1 million or more, says Jeff Stier, an e-cigarette advocate with the National Center for Public Policy Research and industry officials”

The ruling will require new products to be subject to a number of costly requirements, and increased barriers to entry could potentially stifle innovation.

How will this affect us here at LotoLabs? We can and will continue to produce and sell Loto Labs while we apply for approval under the new regulations, and we are confident that we will be able to move forward under the new framework.

Marketing and Business Development

We’re building relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and distributors necessary to bring our vision to life. Interest continues to grow from news outlets. Here’s a link to the most recent coverage from Vapor Plants Blog. We’ve also been busy creating creative content so our marketing engine will be ready to run once manufacturing begins.

Reservations of Loto Labs are available on our website – – For our non-Indiegogo supporters, this is a chance to reserve the world’s first magnetic induction vaporizer for $299,  $100 off of the retail price of $399.

Once again, we thank our Indiegogo backers for their support.

Peace, Love and Vaping.
